“August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lakefront house. It was clean, comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. The small lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boating or just sitting and being still, watching the fish jump and even perhaps catching a sight of a bald eagle fishing. The kitchen had plenty of space and everything needed for whatever you wanted to prepare. The listing made it sound like it was the whole house however the owners live in an addition to the original house and you share……

“We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults……

“This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. Would definitely recomment this for your extended families stay! ”

“Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again.”
