「We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent.
In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site
The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,...

Staff are attentive and professional.
However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake.
The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.」
