"Great hotel with a great view. Restaurant downstairs was pretty average, fairly high prices for basic food, but nonetheless, everything was great. I had a really great time at this hotel with a nice view of the London bridge. Just FYI, the hotel is under the London Bridge. There’s a staircase you have to take to get there if you are walking from the train station. It was pretty hard for me to find it, but after a couple tries, we managed."

"Staff there to support check in or out. Fantastic location in the centre of the city, perfect for theatre land and exploring the capital. Cacoon room works so well, it's extremely peaceful despite everything going on around the location. Would be very happy to stay again "

"Everything was perfect - spacious, stylish, clean room with a massive, comfy bed and fantastic views of the river and St Paul's. The spa facilities were top notch, loved the relaxation room. Had a blast at The 12th Knot rooftop bar and the buffet breakfast the next morning was superb. All in all a perfect Valentine's getaway 💘"
