"Even though the carpets were worn the room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us into our room and hour early when we got there. There is no air conditioning so opening the window is the only way to get cool air. There is currently a large construction project behind the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in."

"The service was excellent and the location was very convenient. The tower of london and the tower hill station are less than a 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast is excellent but do not prepay as you can order from the menu at less than the prepay price. Have excellent memories of this hotel."
