"The hotel itself is beautiful - an old bank so many of the architectural features are still there and it was fun to explore. The room itself was great too with a small kitchenette and our bathroom had a separate tub from the shower. The kitchenette had a pair of small plates, big plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, a knife, cutlery, a small pot, and a small pan. Appliances included a small cook top (two burners), microwave, mini fridge, and a small dishwasher. King size bed was comfortable and the room got cold at night with the A/C (plus you could open the windows). The location is great too with younge street and many coffee shops and places to eat near by + a shoppers drug mart across the street and a grocery store (metro) at about a 7 minute walk away. The hotel also had a small gym with male + female saunas and a hot tub. The chlorine in the hot tub was too strong in my opinion so wasn't able to stay in long. Only down side...Valet parking was $60 a night... but I guess that's downtown toronto for you."

"This is my boyfriend and I’s favourite hotel to visit the falls. It is priced WAY more reasonably than any other hotel that is close to the tourist area, even on long weekends like Victoria Day or Labour Day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and the location is walking right onto the top of Clifton hill, perfect to walk down to the falls or explore the Clifton hill area. The only thing that is very slightly annoying is that they only have 2 elevators and sometimes there’s a bit of a line for them. Otherwise this place is the best!"
