"We like that the airport was close to the hotel, the check-in staff is not really that helpful in the breakfast is not complementary. The lobby in the rooms are very nice, but again the hotel is a little bit complicated to navigate out of the parking lot. Many Chicago hotels charge for parking daily and it’s roughly $45-$50 a day so keep that in mind you can take that out of your deposit."

"We enjoyed our return stay in Ottawa. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating, our room was very clean, and the new restaurant, Akira Back, is wonderful! We took evening strolls through beautiful Major's Hill Park, just behind the hotel and it is in full bloom. The National Art Gallery is a short walk with an impressive collection - not to be missed."
