The kitchen is well equipped with an island and four bar stools, an electric hob and oven, 3/4 size dishwasher, washing machine and an under counter fridge with an ice compartment.
At the rear of the property are two good size bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. There are patio doors leading from both of the bedrooms out to the back garden which is paved and fully enclosed.
At the front there is a lovely enclosed decking area, and ample parking for two cars on the drive.
The Hollies welcomes up to four dogs free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and allowed on furniture when throws are used.
