"Breakfast good. We stayed 3 person but only 1 king bed. And they said they need to charge for extra bed. We can not order from room for room service we need to go down to tell what we want"

"Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. "

"This hotel was exceptional on many levels:Its beautiful and in a great location for walking along the riverside into the center. It is an elegant, well appointed hotel but it is also road traveler friendly, so casual dress is fine. The Spa experience was magnificent and we both had excellent massages. The breakfast was superb. Highly Recommend. "

"Loved this hotel and would stay here again. Great location tucked away just off Macedonia Square, steps from the river, waterfront restaurants, and the Stone Bridge to the old town. Also helpfully next to a mall with a Vero supermarket on the lower level. The staff were so kind and helpful. The decor is dark as you’ll see in the pics, but I found it atmospheric, ymmv. The breakfast buffet is small compared to bigger hotels but it had everything we wanted (eggs, grilled veggies, sweets, bread and jam, fruit, juices, cereal etc.) Could get lattes or espresso if you asked. The little eating/sitting area in the front window of the hotel is great people watching. There is a small fee to use the pool, we didn’t check it out. Note that it’s on a pedestrian-only street, which is nice once you’re there but a taxi will have to drop you at the big Arch (looks like Arc de Triomphe?) around the corner. It’s only a 1 min walk but can be tricky to see it the first time. "

"The apartment is exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well organized. Everything is perfectly maintained and thoughtfully arranged, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Check-in was fast and convenient. I would especially highlight the outstanding kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everything was clear, efficient, and handled with great care. Highly recommended."

"Very old apartment. Location is fine, close to some shopping malls, but not easy to find it. Apartment is big, but very uncomfortable. Sofa is like a stone and bed is very bad and noisy. Leaking water from shower and flooding the bathroom."
