Perfect house for a holiday
Villa Niki is a very nice house. It has all the comfort you need for your holiday. The location is also perfect, naar the beach, the shops and the Climbing spots. Owner Niki was very kind and helpfull to arrange the taxi and informed us about the actual timetable of the ferry. All in all, highly recommended!

Wonderful villa
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped and the terraces are super nice. Totally recommend it.

Incredible location in Masouri, friendly+helpful host, lovely house.
Niki greeted us at the house upon arrival, after offering to talk to the taxi driver to make sure we arrived without trouble, and then she showed us around the beautiful house. She messaged quickly back when we had any questions, and was so generous. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and has 3 verandas, one of which is this amazing two-level thing with an incredible view of Telendos. The house is right in town and it's easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, groceries, and there are even scooter rental shops everywhere. I doubt it could have been a more ideal location. As for climbing, there were several awesome areas within a 30 minute walk (door to crag), including Grande Grotta. Less obvious was a stairway just south of the house that goes straight up the hill to Gerakios - Trois Ilots.
