Wat mij t meest stoorde was t jonge meisje dat geen woord Engels sprak. Echt geen woord!! T hotel is erg verouderd maar de bedden waren netjes opgemaakt. Ik ben een andere gaan zoeken. De buurt vond ik ook niet fijn! T leek een achterbuurt.

This was a great location for us! We did have a rental, so I take that into consideration. There was a lovely beachside restaurant just across the street. The room was clean & big, the aircon worked wonderfully and we had a balcony. Overall great stay!

Υποτίθεται ότι, εκτός των άλλων, τα σχόλια γίνονται για να μπορέσει το κατάλυμα μας να βελτιωθεί. Αν όμως τα σχόλια είναι και ανώνυμα και δεν υπάρχουν κιόλας, σε τι πρέπει να βελτιωθούμε? Και μήπως τελικά είναι κακόβουλα?

First of all the phone never answers Breakfast was mot provided the first day The second day it was after we requested it and it was some toast nothing like breakfast The airconditioning was set at a temperature and we could not use the remote control and we had to plugin or plug it out manually The lift was not eorking actually there is no lift only the door of the lift Very poor comunication At our requests theyalways said they will take care of it but did nothing Finally our stay there unsatisfactory

Κυρία Βάσω, δεν έχουμε ασανσέρ, το έχουμε πει από την αρχή. Σας είχαμε βάλει στον πρώτο όροφο, άρα θα έπρεπε να ανεβοκατεβαίνετε μια μόνο σκάλα. Για την επικοινωνία έχετε δίκιο, έπρεπε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας από την αρχή, γιατί από το δωμάτιο σας ακουγόταν μουσική σε μεγάλη ένταση και ενοχλούσε τους άλλους. Προσπαθούμε να βελτιωθούμε.

Zakynthos town rooms
The rooms are pretty close to Zakynthos town centre but not quite central and overlook a rundown bit of local beach. The room was quite spacious and had a fridge, en suite bathroom and decent sized balcony, but could have benefited from some refurbishment. Also, the lift never worked while we were there. The biggest concern was the cleaning which wasn't done everyday as it said when we booked, but only when we asked! The rooms were low cost, but we have had better value for a similar price in other parts of Greece.
