The property includes a long dock with canoes, full wraparound porch, beautiful outdoor sitting area with firepit, and views of the river and the adjoining marsh lands. Enjoy a bottle of San Sebastian wine (provided to all guests from local St. Augustine winery) while you take in the ambience of the St. Johns. Just an hour from all local beaches and the historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States.

Stunning Sunrise
All the comforts of home in this getaway on the river. Watch the wildlife while sitting on the huge porch or read a book while relaxing in the hammock. The dock is inviting, offering more opportunities to get close to nature. The house is clean; everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable. Great place to get away from the hectic demands of everyday life. Good access to visit St. Augustine. Highly recommended.

Stay on the River
Beautiful location. Well cared for property. Nice neighbors. Love the bird feeders and got to meet a raccoon. The only thing is it was quite aways from Green Cove Springs. Closer to Palatka so unsure why the address is Green Cove Springs. But worth the distance.

Great hideaway
Great place to get away. Quiet and relaxing. Loved the little sitting area on the dock! Beautiful place to watch the moon come up. The wildlife turkeys came to the bird feeder. So interesting to watch. The home had everything that we needed to stay for the two weeks we were there.

Hidden treasure
This is a very well maintained and relaxing place for a getaway. The host has this place set up wih all the amenities that you need. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and play ping-pong.
