I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. 「We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff.
