“Starting with positives, communication was excellent, very helpful, easy to work with and fixed all issues in a timely manner! Reasons i will choose other places over this home: had to fill out rental agreement and give large deposit which i find most properties don't require and ties up money for a couple months, not a huge deal but an inconvenience. Upstairs bathroom had a horrible septic smell that I'm sure they will take care of as they seem like good owners. The thing that bothered me……
