「This was great maintain cottage and certainly a better experience than a hotel or motel. It is in a nice location, but the road to the place might get your attention. That said... the road to the place is very quiet and private. The place is close to a LOT of interesting sights- like the entrance to Pike Peaks, A few miles from The Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellers and Manitou Springs (lot of shopping). Everything worked as expected in the house. A Walmart is within 5 miles for...

「The cabin was cozy. It was perfect for 2 people and was what we needed- close to our son in Woodland Park. The amenities could not have been better. There were plenty of towels, foodstuffs in the cabinet, and hot water.We'll stay again if we need to on our next visit. (He's hoping to get a bigger place, so we'll see.)」

「The property was wonderful. Our family was worried at first about the AC because we are from a very humid area, but it was perfect. The driveway confused us at first, but we figured it out. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. Close to so many attractions! We had a doe visit us every day which was very cool. Overall would absolutely recommend !!」

「This was a great location to everything - 15 minutes to most of the tours we wanted to do. I would suggest you bring slipper socks with grippers as the stairs to get a little slippery also you should bring some extensions cords as some of the power outlets were under desk or behind the beds. Only negitive note that there was only bench seating for the dinner table we would have liked to have more straight back seating options.」

「Kim was a great host and responded immediately with any questions. The kitchen was very well stocked which made cooking easy. The hot tub was a nice ammenity as well. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again!」

「This is such a cute little house, in a great location! Summer was super communicative and went above and beyond, providing everything we could possibly need and more. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 elementary-aged kids) had a fantastic stay, and we loved watching the deer and hummingbirds while we drank our coffee on the patio in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「Excellent and relaxing location close to many trails and activities. Very happy with communications with Host, check-in process and the comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bath and window AC unit. Was a bit disappointed at dusty rooms, but assume this was due to most windows and doors not having screens. Note - the home itself is not air conditioned - there are window units in the 3 bedrooms which are great for sleeping, but the remainder of the home was not comfortable due to warm June...

「The property welcomed pets and the owner even came by and greeted our fur baby. Gated property made us feel safe in our little cabin. We stayed in cabin 17 and will be back again and again in the future. 」
