“They charged us a $50 deposit, claiming they would refund it at checkout—but that never happened. They stole our $50, and the exact same thing happened to some acquaintances of ours. On top of that, the refrigerator didn't even work.”

I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again.”

“Do not take your personal property into the rooms! I left all of our items in my car. If there had been any other options for the night I needed I would have canceled my reservation. As soon as my son and I entered the room I immediately killed the cockroach in the bathroom. The bedding was clean but the ick factor was at an all time high. If I could have made the drive back home and not made it home at 6am I would have. Absolutely disgusting. ”

“Cabin floor dirty - used a-tips, Bobby pins, etc on floor which tells us floor was not cleaned; trails are not easily accessible; felt restaurant food was priced too high. ”
