「The cabin is wonderful. Very cute and decorted to make it sooo cozy. Loved the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the porch. Did get to see a barge on the river. Only complaint is the yard needs weedeated. Cant really mow it so weedeat it and cut some low limbs and it would be perfect.」

「Everything was great the only thing I would say to the host would be to refresh the towels they did not smell good you could tell they had been under the sink for awhile. It also wouldn't hurt to bring your own toilet paper. I did enjoy the amenities and the fact that she didn't send me a whole list of things to do before check out. She was also very quick to reply.」

「Had a great stay while in town for a wedding. The listing is exactly what the great cottage is. Had all the amenities we needed for a busy weekend-coffee, a few waters, supplied kitchen, great beds and towels and comfy robes for every room! Plenty of public space to hang out as a group and three private bedrooms made sleeping in easy for those who wanted to. My wife loved the decor and special touches. AC unit was huge and kept the entire house comfortable on a 90+ humid summer weekend. Location...

「We spent a long Memorial Day weekend in this lovely home. The home was beautifully decorated for the holiday and it was wonderful stepping into a nice, cool home! This home is very close to the lake, which you can see from the front door. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!」

「Me and my wife were looking for a nice weekend getaway. And found Gwen and Bear’s Cabin listed. The Cabin is right down the mountain from Petit Jean State Park. Which was exactly what we were looking for! The privacy of the cabin and the woods and small stream next to the cabin were also great! All around was an awesome experience and we will definitely be booking again!」

「This was our second stay at the property. It is lovely and comfortable and we felt like we were coming home again. There's lots of amenities and extras. It was just my husband and myself and we were there to tend to my 97 year old Aunt who lives on Eden Isle. When we came in for the evening, it was like we were being wrapped in a warm blanket. I thank the owners deeply for their agreement to our special circumstances. We highly recommend this wonderful oasis.」

「Our 3 children and their families joined us (from 3 states) for a getaway at this property. The home is lovely and spacious, perfect for our situation as far as sleeping arrangements, living areas, etc. The kitchen was well-stocked (I loved the cookware!) and all the essentials were there. The property manager was easy to work with, answering all my questions and responding in a timely manner each time. Highly recommended.」
