「You Sillies booked us for 12, 13 instead of 7 & 8 as we requested. You owe us MONEY!!! How could you foul up a simple 2 day, reservation??? We are SO Angry, this is not the end of this mistake. It was a Funeral, You Airheads!!!! I can't believe but they & the next hotel said, they Do Not want to do Business with Expedia, or Travelocity at all EVER!!! Mistake after Mistake. Answer me now, how do we get a REFUND!!!!??????」
