「I really enjoyed staying at the Owl Getaway and didn't want to leave when my time was up. It was a perfect little place to get away: Secluded and quiet (except for being able to hear traffic on the road above - though it doesn't get a lot of traffic). The screened-in porch among the trees is great! The listing is literal when it says "shower only" for the bathroom: It not only means no tub, but that the sink is in the kitchen. I'll also say that I did drink the tap water, too, in case anyone is...

「As a teacher, I needed something to look forward to for the end of my school year. This year I decided that a week away from the routines of my day-to-day life were in order; I've had an in-progress bit of writing collecting digital dust for longer than I'd like to admit.What I needed? Fresh air, a quiet property, and a natural setting in which I could take short strolls. Spotting wildlife, especially the local birds, in their natural habit would definitely be a plus! Anything to get my writing...

「What an amazing cabin with so many great amenities. This was just what we needed wish we had more days to stay. Everything from the booking, the listing, communication with host, to the gift basket. Whiskey Acres is definitely worth checking out. Andrew was wonderful in making sure we needed nothing and everything was perfect. If you want a great cabin to stay in with modern amenities this is the place. Thanks again.」
