"First, I was not aware when booking this hotel, that the rooms all had outside access only. To get to our room we had to use our key to go into the building, walk up 2 flights of stairs to the second floor, exit the building and walk around the outside to the room.The elevator did not work so obviously. This not ADA compliant. There were places in the upper outside walkway where the concrete was cracked and missing from around the supports The room was ok, carpet was dirty. Outlets were broken and dangerous. The one on the lamp had a cracked outlet with a piece missing. The one on the wall had the outlet cover hanging off. The beds were comfortable once you got into them but they were very high off the floor, I am 72 and struggled to get my leg up high enough to be able to use the sheets to pull myself into the bed. My daughter was afraid I was going to fall backward and hit my head on the other bed. Breakfast consisted of so lukewarm potatoes, stale bagels and burned coffee. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am surprised Expedia has this listed as a hotel they support."

"A lot of ski racers go there. It will be nice to have a ski tuning room instead of having people sharpen and wax their skis in the rooms or parking lot."

"Second time at this hotel since November. Staff is pleasant. The room is clean and I appreciate that. I did not have body wash provided in my room, and used bar soap, which I dislike. In November the pool was cold. This visit I was informed that the hot tub wasn't working, so I did not use the pool. Parking is safe and easy. The access to the hotel from Rt 116 is easy, finding it from Russell St is a little challenge. "

"Nice and quiet I stayed 2 weeks only had issue with housekeeping once with cleaning completely, they have certain days they clean weekly stays. I informed front desk and it was handled "

"The room temp can’t be controlled by the guest. Room was blazing hot and windows can’t be opened. The nice staff did give us two fans but really need new hvac system that guests can control. Bathroom so small that impossible to not bump door. Lobby filled with students hanging out no room for guests. The plus is that it’s on campus and near food. Very old rooms and bathrooms that are hard to clean after years of use. There was coffee and pastries in the morning that was nice. I would not stay again as there are many hotels also close to campus since we had business there."
