VERY QUIET, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, 1st floor condo next to a beautiful park!

This is a 1st floor condo in a small condo complex on New Garden Road in Greensboro, NC. Very quiet, small complex with beautiful trees and lawn areas. Location is exceptional. You can walk to great shopping and restaurants or walk right across the street to the famed Guilford Courthouse National Military Park. This Park is well-known in Greensboro for walking, biking, running, etc. Also, the "Bicentennial Greenway" is a 15 mile bike/walk path that runs through the park. It's great for the active person who likes to get outside and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a KING bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms have bathtub/shower combination. . All linens are provided for this queen as well. The door off the living room leads to a small 6'x10' patio area facing a thick forest.
There are hardwood floors throughout, tasteful decor and furnishings, dishes, linens, kitchen also has corian counter tops, high speed WIFI, Internet/smart 40" TV in living room, Master bedroom has a 24" smart TV, .......every bit of this condo will provide a comfortable home away from home stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Alex is great made us feel right at home. Would Deffinatly stay again. The deer are all over seen many right behind fence, amazing. Deffinatly a quiet area. Loved it here will be back!!!

Lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet place

This is an excellent VRBO. We were visiting family in Gboro for the Xmas/New Year week and much prefer these rentals to any of the not very good or convenient hotels in town. We rented a different apartment from the same owners last year and were very pleased with both places. We will certainly return if the occasion arises. Thanks!

Very nice place! Alot of "wow" factors, very impressed! Pics don't do justice great location/area, convenient, everything provided. Will definitely come back to this or his other properties on my next travel assignments or get a ways to just spend time with God!

Very quiet new two bedroom/two bath condo on first floor next to park.

The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. Also had everything we need. Great for a short or long stay. Owner very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay.
