"The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get...

"The beds were comfortable. This is my giving ORBITZ a second chance. This hotel/Orbitz failed miserably. To begin with it was supposed to be a NON-smoking room. Immediately the stench of smoke struck us. Maybe it was from people smoking in the somewhere nearby but it got into the room. Though this was a double queen room, the linens were only ONE set. There was no water, so we called down and eventually water came. BUT there was no hot water. Called again and someone came and did some...
