Unique 75 year old converted barn with beautiful loft bedroom.

The street address is 3 Crestline Rd and located at the base of Paris Mountain 4 miles from downtown Greenville and 3 miles to Furman University and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Five miles south of Travelers Rest and 45 miles south of Hendersonville NC.
1 bedroom with queen bed and 1/2 bath in loft, full bath on main level. Full kitchen and dinning area with all appliances. Living room with TV. Air mattress for 3rd and 4th accommodations. Easy access off US Hwy 25.

This is a non-smoking property and sorry but pets are not allowed.

This cottage is located in a quiet and serene setting. Amenities were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. This is a charming, quiet, clean property. Everything is in excellent working condition. It has well equipped kitchen and area for outside seating. The ventilation and lighting is great and having access to washer & dryer a real plus. Would stay again if visiting the area.

We have stayed at this property at least 4 times when in the Greenville area. Hosts Joe & Brenda consistently go above & beyond ensuring a great getaway. Mrs. Duff Cottage has such history, charm, and warmth you feel right at home whether it's just a couple nights or an extended stay. For us - it was the perfect place for post-surgery recoveries before the lengthy journey back to Alaska. Their true Southern hospitality has created a friendship we enjoy long after returning home.
