「Very good 」

「We rented this property for ECU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect for our group! The house was clean and well maintained. We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.」

「Very clean warm welcoming 」

「This home was perfect for my family visiting for a wedding at the Cotton Barn. It was convenient to shopping and the venue. The house was stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable. Check out was a breeze and we weren’t required to do much before we left! Communicating with the host was quick and she was very accommodating. 」

「Easy, convenient location. Good communication and easy check-in/check out. My family and I appreciated the space and convenience of this will situated townhouse in Greenville. It was central to everything. The three bedrooms upstairs were a good size. My hubby appreciated the large tvs while the kids appreciated the extra amenities such as the games in the closet for them to play. 」

「Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow....

Although the location of the neighborhood of this condo feels "out of town," it is only 10 mins from campus and a Trader Joe's, and 5 minutes from a Food Lion and a Harris Teeter. It was very clean and well-kept. The rules were clear and easy to follow. We found a small issue that could have been a hazard for our 6-year-old, and the owner came quickly to fix it. One thing we would have liked is more kitchen bakeware, but we...
