We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. "We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken."

"This home was perfect for a short trip to explore the City. The townhouse was lovely, with everything newly remodelled and very comfortable beds. Hoboken shops and restaurants were just a block away, and the subway or ferry to New York City was a short walk, so it was an easy place to stay without a car. I was working during the day, and the internet and space worked perfectly for that too. Thank you!"

"The property was better than the pictures. So clean, very welcoming. The wi-fi worked well, neds were comfortable. Easy in and out. I was the only one whom had difficulty with the stairs. So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. "John was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. It was a large and eclectic loft. The shower/tub upstairs was a little "unique", however the water was hot and constant. The kitchen had all the essentials. We travelled into Manhattan and it was a nearby bus stop and direct to the main Port Authority terminal. (25 minutes)."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"Unit was nice and fit 3 people well. Had everything we needed and property manager response times were great. Location was great. I was able to do laundry the day before i left so no repacking dirty clothes. You can hear the people in main home upstairs moving around so as long as you don't expect dead silence you will be completely fine. Thank you so much for renting your place it was amazing!"

"Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options."

"The first thing we saw was a outside stairway that was rotting and the paint peeling off. We had to watch for splinters on the handrail & nails coming up on the stairs to get to the front door. The bad stay way was in just as bad a condition. The bed frames made such a racket we switched to another, but found either the other was loud as well or the mattress uncomfortable. We would stay here again… and honestly the place design was better than listed. However there can be improvement in cleanliness and few hardware features of the place."

"They say a first impression can be your last and our first impression made it very hard to feel at ease in this unit. It looked like a construction zone. Dust was everywhere. They did have a cleaning person come in the next day and also provided air purifiers on request but still... my mom and I got daily headaches and nightly coughing fits. "Overall property was good but had two major flaws. Bed was way too small and hard, and couch in living area was not functional and in poor condition. Good proximity to downtown Stamford. Property manager was very attentive. Despite flaws mentioned above (which should be an easy fix) we enjoyed our stay."
