Very nice pre ferry trip stay!

We were really only there for about 8 hours due to a delayed arrival but the owner was very helpful and opened the pool so we could swim after a long drive.

Excellent stay

Fantastic and welcoming chateau. The sauna and pool were superb, and the room was very good. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. The hostess looked after us and ensured we had a nice breakfast.

Close to the Dieppe ferry so perfect for an easy stop over. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but if I was going to to be over critical there was no gluten free options apart from the fruit but this is the same at most similarly priced hotels. We will be back for a linger stay in the future. We arrived late and were given the code for the gate and a number to call when we got to tge reception.

We arrived and couldn’t enter the property as the gate was closed and no answer on the intercom. Eventually someone drove out and we managed to enter. In reception there was no one available, we tried to call the hotel and got no answer. After searching the building and grounds there was no one at all on site. We couldn’t check in and had no choice but to leave and find an alternative accommodation at 9pm with 2 children.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt durchwachsen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Vor der Buchung sollte man jedoch einiges wissen: Der Zugang erfolgt über ein Eingangstor mit Zugangscode, den wir vorher nicht kannten. Die Zufahrt zur Rezeption bzw. zum Parkplatz ist für normale Pkw mit geringer Bodenfreiheit schwierig – ein Fahrzeug mit höherer Bodenfreiheit ist empfehlenswert. Das Foto des Herrenhauses vermittelt den Eindruck, dort untergebracht zu sein. Tatsächlich liegen die Zimmer in einem Nebentrakt. Das ist grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, sollte aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Der Weg zu unserem Zimmer (5) führte über steile Treppen und niedrige Durchgänge. Unser Badezimmer hatte keine separate Dusche. Wegen der Dachschräge war Duschen in der Badewanne für normal große Personen nicht möglich. Für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht ideal. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Handtücher sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Zimmertür klemmte. Das Frühstück war eher unterdurchschnittlich. Positiv bleiben Sauberkeit, Ordnung, freundliches Personal und ausreichend Parkplätze. Mit einer genaueren Beschreibung könnten Erwartungen und Realität besser zusammenpassen.

Beau château mais les chambres d hôtes ne sont pas dans le château et pas visitable . Les équipements sont vieillots surtout le carrelage qui est cassé ( risque d accidents adultes ou/et enfants ) la nuit jardin pas du tout éclairé , petit déjeuner basic !

La photo du château est trompeuse, car nous avons été logés dans un autre bâtiment. Sur l’ensemble le site est joli. Toutefois le contact pour l’arrivé difficilement joignable au téléphone. De plus la salle de bain il n’y a qu’une baignoire d’angle qui, avec la sous pente ne permet pas de prendre une douche debout ou alors il faut mesurer 1,50 m et rien pour accrocher le pommeau. Résultat prendre une douche à genou n’est pas des plus confortable.

Il castello appare molto bello da fuori ma la parte residenziale è in un’ala che forse era il fienile, non nel castello. Non ricevi alcuna assistenza e non c’è portineria. Colazione fai da te. Sembra che siano infastiditi per la tua presenza!!! Il giardino esterno, privo dí attrezzature, e’ molto bello

Ruime kamer uitstekend onbijt met kaas en verschillende soorten zelfgemaakt gebak .vriendelijke hostes attent mooie rustige omgeving binnenzwembad heetlijk op temparatuur en sauna.vlak bij strand dieppe Enige kleine aanpassingen indien mogelijk ventilator op kamer en vliegen hor voor raam. Zoutloper voor tijd in sauna was defect. Heel fijn verblijf gehad

Bien mais petit bémol...nuit avec les araignées

Bel endroit mais très isolé, loin de tout mais avec l'avantage d'être au calme absolu. Accueil chaleureux, chambre très très spacieux mais quelques araignées nous attendaient dans les coins, plancher d'origine probablement mais pas isolé avec espaces entre les planches qui laisse passer les araignées. Malgré la beauté du lieu, les intrus nous ont refroidis. Bonne literie, petit déjeuner Ok mais minimaliste. Piscine et sauna accessibles mais dommage pour la qualité de l'eau un peu verte....jaccuzi en panne dommage.

Séjour mitigé

Surprise à notre arrivée, personne n'était présent ni prévenu. Nous avons été guidé par téléphone pour la l'entrée par une porte fenêtre et la visite. Une ampoule était HS sur la table de chevet et il manquait également la lampe au dessus du miroir de salle de bain. Grosse fuite sous le lavabo réparée avec du scotch mais apparemment déjà signalée depuis un certain temps car une serviette servait d'éponge. Petit déjeuner très bien et belle piscine intérieure.
