「Badly received at the reception; needed to wait until the reception staff and cleaning staff had their rap up of the cleaning job (with room counting) , hallucinating. Room smells bad, airco not clean, chewing gum on the wall. Needed to ask for an extra towel. Worst experience / stay ever in a normally good Novotel.

「We stayed here on a one night stopover when travelling to the alps from Antibes. Wow..! - super stylish and beautifully furnished with really helpful and friendly staff. Retro room but immaculate and comfortable.
The restaurant was absolutely superb. We did a month long road trip in France this summer, and the dinner experience was easily our favourite of the trip. We were even invited into the kitchen to meet the fantastic staff..! Simply fantastic. Highly recommended.」
