Three double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower and satellite tv, independent heating and air-conditioning. Free wifi. Suitable for 6 people. Wide terrace to eat alfresco.
The main feature of "The Old Pasta Factory" is the perfect isolation from the outside although being located inside a country village. It is situated in the nearness of the historical square of Greve, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and it is a green oasis in the heart of the village,
Florence and Siena are within 30 km far as well as many other well-knowns places.
Buses run to / from Florence every hour during week days and a few times a day during the week-ends.
We offer a Reception Service everyday to help our guests in their needs. On request we organize tours, wine tastings, cooking classes, birthday parties, transfers to / from the airports.
From April the 1st till October the 31st, guests are required to pay tourist tax, € 1.50 per person (from 14years old and up) per night for a maximum of 7 nights (even if they stay a month, they will pay 7 nights only). From July the 14th 2018 till August the 18th 2018, we rent weekly only from saturday to saturday.

Great location!!!
The property is a little hard to get to especially when the market is open in the piazza, BUT, once you are there you can walk easily to tons or things and the square. Great accommodations. Beautiful terrace.

Fantastic location surrounded by restaurants & wineries. Property Manager & Marco were helpful providing info, ordering taxi & we thoroughly enjoyed our chef in our unit dinner. Would suggest the addition of rugs or chair leg noise elimination pads on upper floor apartments.

Exellent home to explore Chianti region
Three nice bedrooms as advertised. Free parking just behind property. Sandi in reception was nice. This place is a vacation rental so there are no frills. Extra towels cost more money. Biggest issue was info in room saying to keep lights off due to climate change but all heat was on and set to 30

Wonderful Stay in Greve
Outstanding location steps off the main piazza and centrally positioned within Chianti for various outings.
The property well represents Tuscany in its architectural character and furnishings.
The staff was consistently responsive with all requests and communication.
Be sure to plan a leisure afternoon to enjoy the pool and serenity of the garden area.

Great location
Loved the location. The terrace was great. We were a little confused how to get to the rental because you have to cross the square which says do not enter. But we called and we received further instructions. The town was awesome too. Enjoyed many of the local restaurants!

Walk to everything
Three nice bedrooms in great Greve location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful veranda that offers outdoor space for relating and entertaining...pool, garden area and on sight parking are a bonus. Be aware that property does not include dishwasher, over or microwave.

Family fun
A perfect three bedroom for our three generation family group. Lovely private area on the terrace which was wonderful in the morning sun. Absolutely immaculate. The customer service was beyond expectations due to Sandy the very sweet attentive on site manager. I would stay there for her alone. Couldn’t be in a better location to enjoy the activity of Greve but still have perfect peace and quiet. Just lovely.
