“I stayed in the hotel only so I am not sure about area around the property. All the staff are friendly and hotel facilities are great. Only one thing is my room was too far from the main lobby. As a solo traveler, I felt a little nervous of walking in the morning and at night before and after safari trips.”

“Gorgeous accomodation exactly as the pictures show. Amoo looked after everyone great food and service. Quiet and relaxing on the wildlife estate had a walk with giraffe's and zebras”

“Wir haben das Riverhaus (Familien-Chalet) für 4 Personen gebucht. Das war sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Tiere (Nyala, Warzenschweine usw.) konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im holzbefeuerten Whirpool (wird von den Mitarbeitern aufgeheizt, kostet zusätzlich) haben wir die Umgebung genossen, war toll. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und bestens. Die morgendliche Anfahrt ins "Big-5-Gebiet" dauert etwas und man muss sich warm anziehen, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall.”

“3 dias de Safari: - Vimos os “big 5” e tantos outros animais tão lindos - Esses dias estão entre os melhores que já vivi, sem dúvida. Foi uma experiência inesquecível! Eu teria ficado 5 ou 6 dias para aproveitar mais um pouco o lugar. Que detox perfeito! A equipe do Nyala é muito amável e caprichosa em todos os detalhes. A localização nos permitia a visita de elefantes, macacos e impalas de dia; a noite, muitos sons eram ouvidos e arriscávamos palpites do quarto. Certamente nossa Ranger……

“The lodge is perfect for a stay in Hoedspruit; with an easy drive to Kruger Park. The wildlife come to within meters of the garden which makes for exciting and interesting viewing from your patio. The hosts Sue and Deon will do everything they can to make your stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Wow. Wir durften vier Tage über Weihnachten 2022 in der Kubu Lodge verbringen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Manfred und Nicole haben eine wunderbare Unterkunft erschaffen, die einen den Busch fühlen lässt. Viel Komfort, tolles Essen, aber bodenständig. Der Staff ist super, offen und witzig. Wir haben uns von Sekunde 1 an pudelwohl gefühlt.”

“5 stars can’t do it any justice. This place is just amazing. We arrived here with another couple and they enjoyed their stay as well. From beginning to end of the stay everything from staff, accommodation, attention to details, food, game drives, and the sense of community were beyond amazing. It is a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature and the animals in purest form. We have no complaints! We are already planning the next trip! We’ve traveled all over and this place tops them all! “The facilities are in excellent condition, the staff is lovely, the breakfast is very good, and it's not far from the Kruger gate and shops. Unfortunately the people in the adjacent room to mine were blaring music or TV until late in the evening and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. But the place itself is great. ”
