“Spotless room and very friendly staff”

“Only stayed one night coming back from our stay in Kruger but as soon as we got there we realised we should have booked for two. There are loads of things to do in the area that we were interested in and on site there were walks we could have taken surrounded by nature. The location is beautiful and even just outside the bedroom you see deer and a warthog or two. Marlon was a great host and very knowledgeable and the room was luxurious as was the bathroom that also had a choice of inside and……

“We stayed at the Sunbird Lodge for 3 nights, and it was very peaceful and quiet. It had two twin beds, a set of bunk beds, small kitchenette, television, air conditioning, desk and chair, as well as outdoor patio. The pool was clean and extremely warm, but refreshing. The outside area was well maintained and staff was always busy keeping it that way. The common area had a bar (honor system) and rooftop patio with comfortable furniture. “Amazing, they organized 2 game drives each day, It rained a bit on the first and they provided raincoats for us. The meals are lovely! Would recommend , we saw lots of animals, a wonderful visit! ”

“Wir hatten das Superior Zimmer, das ist ein kleines Häuschen neben dem Haupthaus. Es ist ein super schönes Zimmer. Es gibt sogar neben einer Badewanne, eine Innen- und eine Aussendusche. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig, der Pool herrlich. Man kann schon vom Frühstückstisch aus Tiere beobachten. Die Lodge befindet sich innerhalb des eingezäunten Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, so dass man dort seine eigene kleine Safari machen kann. Alles ist super sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das……

“The lodge is perfect for a stay in Hoedspruit; with an easy drive to Kruger Park. The wildlife come to within meters of the garden which makes for exciting and interesting viewing from your patio.
