"The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom."

"Une semaine passée dans cette jolie maison avec un accueil très sympathique de Gaelle. Malheureusement l'extérieur est très décevant. Une petite terrasse grillagée, avec des cailloux salissant, une petite piscine entourée de grillage, dans un autre enclos et des maisons tout autour..., quelques arbres.....Je regrette cette location mais heureusement nous avons apprécié les villages médiévaux, la rivière, les balades....La région."

"I checked this morning, and the property is still shown as being in Vaison La Romaine, still claims to be a short walk from the sights of Vaison, and the map show this to be the case. However, this is a total LIE. The house is in Saint Maurice sur Eygues, which is more than 15mins from Vaision by Car. The owner was quick to offer us 100 euros (so he obviously knew) but this didn't cover the cost of us staying in Vaison for two nights to spend time with the friends we were supposed to meet there....

"My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks just enjoying the sun and the silence. Amazingly hot even in September!! The villa is certainly peaceful but all is on hand nearby for everyday living. "The hotel itself was clean, if a little worn-looking, and there was very good service. We were traveling by bike and there was secure bike storage in a conference room. The breakfast was excellent and rooms were quiet and clean. It is a small town with few dining options if you do not have a car. We walked up near the castle and chapel for a gorgeous view of the Rhone and countryside. Beautiful!"
