90er-Billig-Charme zu abartig hohen Preisen

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus aus den 1970er Jahren mit ausschließlich Ferienwohnungen. Die von uns bewohnte Ferienwohnung wurde zuletzt wahrscheinlich in den 90er Jahren renoviert und ausgestattet - und seitdem hat sich nichts mehr getan. Alles ist alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Zimmerpreis eines sehr guten Hotels pro Nacht eine absolute Frechheit. Badezimmer ist klein und vergammelt in den Ecken bereits sichtbar, Küche ist absolut minimalistisch, billig und alt ausgestattet, billigste Plastik-Terrassenmöbel, usw Für einen adäquaten Preis wäre das alles zumindest OK - aber beim Preis vergleichbar mit einer Paudchal-Flugreise ist das auch im Pandemie-Sommer 2021 einfach unangebracht, frech und einfach Abzocke. Hier bereichert sich jemand an der aktuellen Situation...

Klein, aber fein. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Grömitz ist super, die Wohnung für 4 Personen zu klein.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und dafür ist die Wohnung viel zu klein. In der Beschreibung stand, dass es ein Hochbett im Kinderzimmer gibt. leider war dort nur ein einfaches Bett. Somit fehlte das vierte Bett. Ein Babybett wurde uns angeboten, das wir aber selbst dabei hatten. Zudem gab es viel zu wenig Strauraum für Kleidung von 4 Personen. Ich fand auch verwirrend, dass 2 Schlafzimmer angegeben sind in der Beschreibung und das Ehebett dann ein Schrankbett im Wohnzimmer ist. Auch sehr ungünstig, weil unser Baby im Babybett ja auch dann im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste da das Kinderzimmer zu klein war für mehr. Nur der Kinderwagen hat dort noch reingepasst. Sehr schade für uns Eltern, da wir so nicht mal gemütlich Fernseh gucken konnten nach einem turbulenten schönen Tag am tollen Strand. Richtig genervt hat auch die Lampe vom Nachbarhaus. Die leuchtet genau in beide Schlafräume die GANZE Nacht. Es war trotz Voränge Taghell. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber, gut eingerichtet und für 2-3 Personen okay. Die Lage war super. In ca 10 Minuten waren wir zu Fuß zum Strand und in 15 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone. Allerdinds wurde das in der Beschreibung auch kürzer beschrieben. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, obwohl die Nächte sicherluch besser gewesen wären ohne Beleuchtung von draußen und mit einem Schlafraum mehr. Schönen Urlaub

Wieder alles bestens!

Bereits unser 2. Besuch und wieder klasse. Toller Vermieter, saubere Wohnung, ordentliche Ausstattung. Kurze Entfernungen zu Strand, Märkten und Restaurants komplettieren den guten Eindruck.
