Charming House in Secured Residence with Pool, Terrace, and Parking

In the heart of a quiet, wooded and secure residence with swimming pool in the town of Groffliers, this charming house is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room with semi-open fitted/equipped kitchen.
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- A bedroom equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed (dimensions 90x190cm).
- A shower room.
- A second bedroom equipped with a double bed (dimensions 140x190cm).
- A second separate toilet.

You will also have two terraces, a garden and a private parking space.

The cherry on the cake is that you will also benefit from free access to the residence's indoor swimming pool!

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided. Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the size of the desired set.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- 2 DETERGENT TABLETS: €1.
- T3 CLEANING PACKAGE: €90.
- Sheet kit for 2 people: €20.
- Sheet kit for one person: €10.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
