Le Paesolu "Un bon logement dans la baie d'Ajaccio, avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse, un appartement décoré avec goût. Très Bien situé pour aller à Ajaccio, aller voir les îles sanguinaire depuis la pointe de la perata ou pour aller sur les plages du sud de Porticcio (la plage d'argent, isolella). A savoir: la piscine se situe dans la résidence d'à côté (Terra Bella) ce qui n'est pas forcément intuitif de se rendre dans une autre résidence pour profiter de la piscine et à pied il faut compter 10/15 min. Malgré que le logement soit géré par l'agence Cocoonr, la propriétaire Maud tenait à prendre contact avec nous et sa communication a été topissime. Elle a pris le temps de nous lister toutes les bonnes choses à faire dans la région (grand merci) et répondait très rapidement."

Tout cela n est pas précisé dans la description de l appartement bien sur. Vaisselle sale et casseroles très usagées,fauteuils extérieurs sales. Très déçue par cette location très bruyante, sauf la vue conforme à la description. À éviter si l on veut se reposer."

Le Paesolu "Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox, wir konnten kommen, wann wir wollten. Toll war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen, großen Balkon mit Meer- und Bergblick. Die Wohnung an sich wirkt relativ alt und einfach. Die Toilette und das Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, wenn die Nachbarn den Wasserhahn betätigen, pfeifen bei uns die Wasserleitungen sehr laut, das hat uns sehr gestört. Wir haben Handtücher und Bettwäsche dazugebucht, leider hatten diese Flecken. Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig von Porticcio erreichbar. Uns hat der Ort nicht so gut gefallen, da er sehr touristisch ist. Nachts hört man die Musik vom Club. Die Kommunikation mit Maud war gut, sie hat schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert."

Le Paesolu "Un logement très bien situé, bien proportionné et bien agencé, moderne et propre. Une belle et grande terrasse. Une vue magnifique sur le golfe d'Ajaccio de jour comme de nuit. On a dormi dans le salon et on avait une vue sur golfe illuminé. En été, on doit peut-être même avoir un magnifique coucher de soleil. L'interlocutrice de Cocoonr/Book&Pay, a été de très bon conseil, bienveillante et réactive, c'était très agréable."

Le Paesolu "Très bon séjour d'une semaine à Porticcio ! Nous connaissons très bien le quartier de Terra Bella et nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le logement en question. Bien rénové et très bien chauffé en hiver. Propriétaire réactive et très gentille. L'appart était propre et bien rangé. Malheureusement nous avons eu un soucis avec la plaque de cuisson dans la cuisine mais cela ne mérite pas une étoile en moins. Nous avons été pris en charge par la propriétaire a ce sujet et nous n'avons pas du rajouter un supplément. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour nos prochaine vacances. Merci encore à l'agence et a la propriétaire."

Le Paesolu "Nettes Appartement in ruhiger Lage 🙂 Der Blick auf die Bucht von Ajaccio war sehr schön. Das Appartement war gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. 🙁 Das wir eigene Bettlaken mitbringen sollten, was ich in der Beschreibung nicht gelesen (oder überlesen) hatte. Wir haben dann eigene gekauft und auch wieder mitgenommen. Desweiteren war eine Kaution per Kreditkarte zu hinterlegen, die wir auch zurück bekommen haben. Dies kannte ich bisher nicht so. Das Appartement war trotz guter Wegbeschreibung (vom Eigentümer) in der gesammten Anlage nicht gleich zu finden."
