「Bij onze aankomst was er een waterprobleem op het hoogste verdiep waardoor de lift buiten werking gesteld was voor de veiligheid! Matthias en zijn werknemers bleven kalm, stelden ons gerust, en acties werden ondernomen! De volgende dag alles normaal, dit hotel is als ons tweede verblijf in Oostende, we voelen ons hier altijd zeer welkom!」

「lovely clean room & bathroom, nice amount of space, great having the nespresso coffee maker and kettle only thing is there was no milk so had to ask the hotel for milk and they provided powered milk in sachets.. so apart from that great the pool great and 3 hot rooms, 2 x saunas and 1 steam room behind the pool be wary parking at the hotel.. there are v.few spaces and they are up a tight ramp and the spaces hard to get in and out.. fine if youre just leaving the car there for your stay,...
