「The good - location. The bad: 1: gas fireplace would not stay lit more than 5 seconds. We had to use a space heater to heat room. 2: walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors on all sides. We were lucky enough to have a crying baby one one side, sick coughing couple on the other and loud walkers above. 3: mouse scurrying across the floor. 4: advertised as having propane grill, even with pictures of it on vrbo. 「Loved our 4 night stay here. Well equipped self catering apartment with everything needed to cook full meals each night while watching for wildlife and looking up at the stars. We saw a large black bear in our first afternoon, fantastic! In August it was very warm overnight, and this can be uncomfortable with no AC, but having read the reviews we picked up cheap fans in Walmart, along with groceries and beers on the way through Fresno. 「This property was good enough for our purposes. I feel I wasn’t given information about the distance from Yosemite valley - 30 minutes. It was heated with the automatic propane fireplace which woke me up with fire light flashing in my eyes. The view outside our window was of an unkempt nature. 」
