「I stay in this area frequently due to family at Cal Poly SLO, but this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had.
The hotel is very close to the freeway, and the noise at night is constant and very loud—resulting in a poor night’s sleep. Check-in was also misleading; the listing says available until 11pm, but staff are only on-site until 7pm. I was not informed of this in advance over the phone or in person, and had to check in at another hotel instead.
