「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」

「Personnel accueillant et très serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait, tout est remis au fur et à mesure, bien organisé. Chambre très propre. Espace welness avec sauna, Hammam, salle de sport et chaises longues. Parking privatif gratuit et hôtel à 3 min à pied de la cité médiévale. 」

「Gruyeres Rooms was a wonderful hotel! The room was huge, and I woke up to a beautiful view in the morning. It’s in the center of the village but very quiet. Plus, I missed a couple of train connections and arrived at the station down below after 10:00. I called the hotel and the manager’s brother walked me through everything. Yay!」

「Enjoy the finest of Swiss Customer service in this hotel. We visited the hotel during winter for a white Christmas experience, the hotel is nestled at the foot of Les diablerets. This hotel meets the warmth you need in winter. Very friendly staff, clean and good food. 」
