A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Everything was great and Michele was a perfect host. The villa is perfect for families and the kitchen great for cooking for the family. The pool was amazing and both kids and adults enjoyed it. The terrace was great for eating together and enjoying the beautiful view. We will probably be back😊

Perfect property

Great villa in beautiful nature. We had everything we needed, and Michele was for us every time we needed something new. He is unique host with his willingness to help and to make your stay perfect . Fantastic experience !

We spent the week from July 27th to August 3rd in this villa with 7 people and had a great time. Michele was a great host who gave us lots of tips and quickly provided us with anything that we asked for (including a helmet for my daughter to go horse-riding). While it was a bit far from anywhere the location, villa, swimming pool and other amenities, like the pool table, table football and ping-pong table etc, were great and used a LOT :) As it was equipped with a complete and professional kitchen and BBQ we could cook whatever we wanted. So all in all a fantastic experience in a great and very well equipped villa. Very much recommended !

Tranquil Escape with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality!

Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at La Pieve. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 6 teens (age 13-17) The house is great, lots of space. Well equipped kitchen, with lots of bigs pans, serving dishes etc making it easy to cater for a large group. The pool, hammocks and large garden means there is space for everyone. There is a small supermarket 3 mins away , with other, larger ones within 20 mins. Michele is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. He cleans the pool every few days. He is always happy to answer questions and give advice. He helped us book restaurant reservations. We would love to return another year.

A perfect place to rest & recover - but also to dive into real Italy

A very helpful and friendly owner, commited but also not invasive, gives you the possibility to have a very relaxing time in front of the impressive Monti Sibillini. The 'Villa La Pieve' is a very solid house with a professional kitchen (could it be .. was it dedicated to be a restaurant once .. ?) and enough space for us (7 persons) inside and for sure outside ;-)

A fantastic holiday in a beautiful country

We were a party of ten - six adults, two teens and two young children. The villa was perfect for us, wonderful location, excellent pool and facilities. Our host Michele was incredibly helpful, providing a potty for the toddler and fans for each bedroom as it was very hot when we stayed. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. We were only sad we had to leave after a week.

A place to have a relaxed vacation

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Villa la Pieve. We were only two so of course we had an abundance of space and we really enjoyed the quiet sunset dinners on the patio. But when you stay there with your large family there is still enough room to avoid each other when needed. Michele helped us to rent e-bikes at a shop in Sarnano for the time of our stay and we used those a lot. Michele is always approachable and gives you the feeling that he would try to help you with every issue you can think of. The kitchen is functional and equipped with everything you usually need. We really can recommend this place.

A tranquil, beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Michele is a superb host who cannot do enough for his guests. He was waiting for us on our arrival and greeted us like old friends. Anything query or question was dealt with or answered immediately. His personal attention to detail sets this property apart from others we've previously stayed in. Thank you Michele! From the moment we arrived, we were stunned by the beauty of the surroundings. The views are spectacular! The facilities in and around the house are superb too. From the very well equipped industrial kitchen, to the beautiful tiled terrace, the large, clean pool, the relaxing hammocks, the enormous barbeque, the well equipped gym, the table football, the table tennis and the spacious well appointed bedrooms - everything was perfect! The house was very clean with plenty of parking. Our two families were rattling around this spacious villa. The local village is relatively close, although we drove there rather than walked. It has a great bakery, a small grocery shop and a small supermarket. Good for basics but not a weekly shop. We enjoyed a delicious coffee and brioche in the bar on the square. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We can highly reccomend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Struttura pulita e impeccabile, posizione fantastica, Villa da sogno!!! Siamo stati dal 27/12/2025 al 04/01/2026 in 6 adulti e 5 bambini , spazi per tutti e comodità allo stato puro, casa caldissima dotata di camino funzionante e ben tenuto. Un encomio particolare a Michele il proprietario, in tanti anni di viaggi in strutture affittate, è la prima volta che troviamo così tanta cordialità, serietà, e disponibilità. Grazie Michele a rivederci sicuramente presto!

Wir waren im Sommer 2025 dort. Die Bilder auf Fewo - echt toll. Aber als wir dort ankamen, waren wir schon am Eingang schockiert, uns begrüßte ein total zerfetztes Trampolin für unsere Kinder - höchste Verletzungsgefahr! Im Haus und auf dem Anwesen wurde es nicht besser. Es war unsauber, ungepflegt, Müll in den Schubkästen, lieblose Einrichtung, zerfetze Gage an den Fenstern, kaputte Lampenschirme, schmutziges Geschirr, Handtücher vom Vormieter oder Eigentümer auf der Terrasse etc.). Ein Bad im oberen Stockwerk konnten wir nicht nutzen - es stank dort unerträglich. Die Poolumrandung ist definitiv sanierungsbedürftig - ebenfalls Verletzungsgefahr! Vermieter war freundlich, hielt sich aber nicht an Absprachen (Reparaturversprechen wurden nicht eingehalten). Und das alles für so viel Geld!Unser Fazit - einmal und nie wieder!Familie S. & Familie B.

Einer der besten Aufenthalte, den wir je hatten - wenn nicht der beste!

Von Anfang bis Ende war der Urlaub in La Pieve großartig. Die Kommunikation mit Michele war perfekt: Schnell, freundlich, flexibel. Das Haus ist super: Die Zimmer gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet , die Matratzen bequem, vier Bäder vorhanden, eine top ausgestattete Küche, alles super sauber, der Pool sauber und gepflegt, eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit grandioser Aussicht, die sowohl vor Sonne als auch vor Regen schützt, ein Billardtisch, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, ebenso den Kicker. In der näheren Umgebung kann man viele Ausflüge machen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Und wie bereits erwähnt der Vermieter, der einfach ein großartiger, überaus hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Mensch ist. Danke, Michele, für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Tolle Aussicht - Schönes Haus - Top Gastgeber

Wir haben zu Zehnt tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Fantastischer Panoramablick von der überdachten Terrasse aus. Großer Pool, den Michele regelmäßig gesäubert hat, vielen Dank dafür und deine mehrfache Unterstützung, um die deutschen EM-Spiele sehen zu können. Gastro-Küche (großer Kühlschrank, großer Gefrierschrank, Gasherd & Steakgriller, etc) für kochende Gruppe sehr geeignet, wenn auch keine gleichen Tassen/Gläser für alle vorhanden waren. Auch den Outdoor-Grillplatz haben wir gut nutzen können, wie auch Tischtennis, Kicker und Billiard. In manchen Zimmern waren Ablage- und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten spärlich. Insgesamt ein sehr tolles Haus mit einem wunderbaren Gastgeber. Grazie Michele

Absolut empfehlenswert

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub in Italien. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Pool ist perfekt und bietet je nach Tageszeit immer auch schattige Plätze. Hervorzuheben ist auch die professionell ausgestattete Küche inkl. jeweils großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief problemlos.

Faszination pur

Es war eine so wunderschöne Zeit.. Die gesamte Familie war begeistert. Jeder hatte paarweise sein einzelnes Zimmer mit Bad.. der Pool war super schön und notwendig..bei dieser Hitze 😄 Die Gegend und die Aussicht wahren ein Traum... Es war alles sehr sauber und die Küche ein Hit. Und unser Vermieter war immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles im Ganzen war der Urlaub ein voller Erfolg und der Urlaubsort einzigartig. Fam. Perfekt

Wir haben hier als Familie (Altersgruppe 15 - 79) wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und vom Pool ist atemberaubend. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage total ruhig. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Zur Unterhaltung gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Billardtisch, für kleinere Kinder ein Trampolin. Für Hobbyköche gibt es eine professionelle Küche. Das Haus selber ist im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Michele ist sehr bemüht und fürsorglich und hat uns wunderbar betreut. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Top Villa in ruhiger Gegend

Die Villa ist wie beschrieben, es gibt genügend Platz für alle, die Lage ist ein Traum, der nächste Nachbar ein gutes Stück entfernt. Wir waren mit unseren Hunden dort, da das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist, haben wir kurzerhand einen Schafzaun mitgenommen, den wir auch ohne Probleme stellen konnten, so das auch die Vierbeiner den Garten richtig genossen haben. Das nächste Dorf ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt da kann man alles bekommen was man zum Leben braucht. Michele ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber den man zu jeder Tag und Nachtzeit kontaktieren kann, er hat uns gute Tipps gegeben was Ausflugsziele angeht, egal für welches Wetter. Wenn er könnte würde er einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen. Es war eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit mit der ganzen Familie. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Da kann man richtig Urlaub machen.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Ruhiges Anwesen mit wunderschönen Aussicht un viel Spielmöglichkeiten, Pool, Tischtennis, Billiard, Tischkicker. Michele der Eigentümer ist immer erreichbar und gibt viele Tips.

September 2021

We hebben een heerlijke tijd met onze volwassen kinderen gehad. Groot huis voorzien van alle gemakken.professionele keuken. We kwamen vooral om te wandelen in de fantastische omgeving. Het enige wat we gemist hebben waren makkelijke relax stoelen buiten om na een lange wandeling weer bij te komen. De eigenaar gaat hier mee aan de slag. Over een auto beschikken is een vereiste. Toen wij er waren was de bakker op vakantie, volgende mogelijkheid 20 minuten verderop. De grote vriezer geeft mogelijkheden om wat voorraad in te slaan. Het huis ligt bij een rustig dorpje.
