Perfect family house in the Marche

Nice house with lot of space and a clean pool. Steep road to the mansion. Friendly owner, lot of beer glasses and just one wine glass. Over all a perfect place for a week with friends in the Marche.

Can't wait to get back

For the last ten days, we were able to enjoy our final trip together in the house as a group of 12 people. enjoy. We couldn't have found a better house and owner for this trip, the house and the entire grounds were in great shape, there was everything in the house that you needed. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach Mr. Fabrizio, and they also thought of a translator if your own Italian is not that good :) The house is also perfect for a group of young people who want to go away together, there is enough space, a super pool, you are undisturbed by neighbours and we were also warmly welcomed in Gualdo. And for a day at the beach, it doesn't take long to get to the sea. We can therefore look back on 10 wonderful and relaxing days and can imagine coming back here again.

Calme et sérénité

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. La maison possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de vacances sereines. La villa est située au milieu d'un panorama magnifique. La vue sur le Mont Sibillini est superbe. L'emplacement de la piscine est top, tout le monde en a bien profité !!Fabrizio est un hôte exceptionnel, il est généreux et plein de bons conseils. Nous gardons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour!

Capodanno di freddo divertimento

Trascorso il capodanno nella casa con un gruppo di amici e, purtroppo, devo dire che l'esperienza è stata un po' deludente e piacevole allo stesso tempo, principalmente a causa della struttura. Gli spazi corrispondevano a quanto descritto, ma la casa non era affatto adatta per la stagione invernale. I muri non trattenevano il calore e c’erano molti spifferi, il che ha reso l'ambiente piuttosto freddo. Anche se c’era un camino, la legna fornita non era delle migliori e abbiamo dovuto tenere aperta una finestra per evitare che il fumo entrasse nella casa, il che ha ulteriormente contribuito al freddo.Inoltre, i costi per il riscaldamento sono stati esorbitanti. Abbiamo speso 200 euro per 5 giorni per mantenere una temperatura media di 16 gradi durante la notte, spegnendo il riscaldamento durante il giorno. Questo è stato un ulteriore elemento negativo che ha influito sulla nostra esperienza.D'altro canto, voglio sottolineare che il proprietario è stato super disponibile e molto gentile. Ha fatto del suo meglio per risolvere i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato e la sua disponibilità è stata molto apprezzata.Una nota positiva è stata la bellezza di festeggiare con gli amici in una zona isolata, dove non davamo fastidio a nessuno, creando un'atmosfera piacevole.Se dovessi valutare il servizio del proprietario, sarebbe 5 stelle, ma purtroppo, considerando la struttura e le condizioni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, non posso andare oltre le 3 stelle.

Magique

La propriété est magnifique dans un endroit extremement calme, en pleine nature , propice au repos. C'est un endroit ideal aussi pour la visite de la région. Entre la montagne avec ses magnifiques villages et belles randonnées ou la mer. La maison est grande et spacieuse. La propriété est immense et chacun peut y trouver un endroit pour s'y reposer. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Comodità ed ospitalità

Tre famiglie dodici persone ,14 posti letto e 5 bagni Ognuno i suoi spazi. Comode le macchine parcheggiate accanto alla villa, un bel barbeque in muratura a disposizione, tanto lo spazio esterno tutto recintato. Piscina magnifica a 50 metri dalla casa altezza max 1.60 mt molto assolata con lettini abbondanti e ombrelloni. Lenzuola asciugamani e stoviglie tutto a disposizione. I due paesini a pochi minuti di distanza offrono tutti i servizi essenziali farmacia market ristorante e pizze da asporto etc. Un ringraziamento al Sig.Fabrizio gestore della struttura che ci ha dato carta bianca per organizzarci in villa, sempre disponibile fin dai primi messaggi ,pronto ad intervenire per qualsiasi esigenza . Nessun inconveniente.Consigliatissimo il soggiorno a gruppi e famiglie .

Bellissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre coppie per due settimane. La casa è grande, pulitissima e molto ben tenuta, dotata di tutto il necessario. Un luogo molto tranquillo in mezzo al verde dove si gode una grande pace e tranquillità. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, abitano vicino ma sono molto discreti. La grande piscina è favolosa, in mezzo al verde. Tutto intorno si può ammirare il bellissimo paesaggio delle colline marchigiane e dei vicini Monti Sibillini. Assolutamente consigliato!

Familien Urlaub in Gualdo

Eine schöne Lage zum erholen und der Besitzer war voll in Ordnung. Er konnte leider nur Italienische Sprache aber kein Grund zum verzweifeln, wir haben uns durch den Google Übersetzer verständigen können. Auf alle Hinweise hatte er direkt auch reagiert. Das beste davon war der Swimmingpool der auch Täglich frühmorgens vom Besitzer gereinigt wurde. Das Wasser war sehr Sauber und der Swimmingpool war Abends auch beleuchtet. Wir waren mit 15 Personen wo es ausreichend Platz gab. Küche war eigentlich auch in Ordnung. Der Esstisch reichte bis zu 12 Personen. Klimaanlagen gibt es leider nicht, wobei im Untergeschoss trotz der Hitze sehr angenehm war aber auf der Oberen Etage war es doch zu Warm. Die Einfahrt war auch ziemlich Steil und aus Schotter. Ansonsten alles im allem war alles ok.

é stato molto rilassante trascorrere le nostre vacanze in un luogo così tranquillo e carino! è stato come fermare il tempo e l'unica cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è stata dover andarcene al termine del nostro periodo di ferie.Consiglio una vacanza in questa villa a tutti: il luogo è molto bello e tranquillo e per di più la casa è molto accogliente,pulita ed ha a disposizione una grande piscina e un ancor più grande giardino! I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e sono un'esempio di serietà e disponibilità! Speriamo di poter tornare molto presto e intanto consigliato a tutti di passare le vacanze qui, specialmente a tutte le famiglie con i bimbi!!
