The hotel is gorgeous and perfect lcoation. the service is slow but that's probably because its an all inclusive. the food is not very good. the hotel also has you make reservations on site for dinners or else you have to eat at the buffet, but their hotel reservation system doesn't really work and they will tell you you dont have a reservation even though you waited in line in the morning for an hour to make them.

They staff are very accommodating The pool and beach are kept very clean at all times The rooms are awesome, well stocked and very clean Eric, Miguel and Jonny went over and above to make us happy. Thanks guys!!

Beautiful modern luxury resort with wonderful family friendly spaces and restaurants, warm pools, clean beach, lots of chairs with shade, great amenities! The food and service friendliness at restaurants could be improved.
