"Great Apartment, check in was simple. Great location! - Wish we had access to common areas like pool, gym and jacuzzi but due to covid the building has a no access policy for guest that are not staying for at least 3 months. These rules could change so I advice to chat with Milton before hand. Highly recommend."

"First thing I did try to communicate with the owner. They didn’t respond until the day before I left. I was there from Wednesday to Monday morning. Couch smell like pee the main bedroom shower burn my wife the beds hard as a rock and flat pillows cooking pots scratch and over all it’s not really in Sambordon it’s more in daule. Hopefully no one eles would need to experience this horrible experience my family and I had to. And the place is still under construction lots of dirt."

"apartment itself is very nice and location as well but you will be kept up at night by barking dogs and be woken up at around 4 a.m. every morning by a rooster that someone in the neighborhood owns. the last night was a holiday so people in the apartment next-door were partying until very late so we didnt get any sleep. i realize these things are out of their control but it is still frustrating. overall yes apartment is nice and owner is very responsive but beware of the rooster!!"
