When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. I didn’t enjoy my stay for this time and I may not go here anymore ”

“Located on the beach front, it is indeed a fancy hotel with many exquisite facilities. The rooftop swimming pool is extraordinary. The staff are friendly and efficient in response to questions and requests. Some room for improvement is still there. We found bottled water is prepared only in some of the rooms of our group and so are the tea kettles. It is also a bit disappointing to find there is no bath tub in the marble-walled bathroom.”

“It's safe due to its proximity to Malacanang palace. The price is also very reasonable.”

“This is more of a condo style BNB, which is fine but I don’t think we were expecting to be that one of the only obvious tourists here. Parking is hard to find, especially as a guest and there are no dining options nearby (walking was limited as we had kids and elderly with us). I recommend catching Grab service/taxi at the entrance of the road instead of them coming into the rotunda due to lines at the guard house and the rotunda can be blocked for several minutes. The home was decently clean……

“Good place to stay in Manila ”

“This place was a rip off. With false advertisement. The very reason I picked this place is because of parking included. It turns out parking was P500 a night which was scarce too. They told me it was optional. Intold them to change their ad and state optional as I wouldn’t have picked this If I have known parking was not included. The whole building smells like grease trap which made me puke a lot when we were staying there. The shower handle was broken and leaking, the internet didn’t have……

“Overall, it’s a good experience to stay here in club sea view room. However, 1. The aircon is too cold and the temperature control seems not working properly. 2. The Balcony did not set up chairs and coffee table for relaxing 3. Sea view is not beautiful and suggest no need to choose this type of room.”
