Family time at Blue View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This properties location is the winner here, the ocean views from the deck are amazing. The house is old but comfortable and clean. It could do with having new shower heads, but the water was lovely and hot.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a great location, absolutely loved the balcony and the spaciousness and layout of the house. Unfortunately, it was still very dusty and there were a lot of spiders and bugs on the floors. The house should have had a proper clean before we arrived.

The accommodation was well located however not well kept. There was no hot water on the 2nd day and the oven didn't work. The outdoor patio area could be upgraded with better shade and wind block

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a shame this property could have so much potential but needs a lot of maintenance and works completed before renting out as a holiday home. Oven did not work, bbq was filthy and we had to clean before use fire hazzard gas bottle was nearly empty we purchased back gas bottle from general store worried would run out. Plumbing needs maintenance top floor shower doesn’t really work and backs up water shower on ground floor not much better also backs up. Kitchen tap broken lucky hubby is handy and fixed. Overall cleanliness not good little ants all over house not just the kitchen in bedrooms the house did not feel clean we wiped everything over very dusty and dirty. Best thing is the location and the view but the balcony doesn’t feel too safe needs upgrade. We made the most of our time but I would not rebook or recommend owners really need to bring the property up to rental standards.
