My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and we had a very relaxing visit. One thing that really impressed us was how peaceful our room was. There was a wedding reception taking place on the same evening, but we couldn’t hear any noise from it at all—even with our windows open. It made for a fantastic night’s sleep and showed how well the hotel manages events while ensuring guests can still enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location for what we wanted to (visit silent pool and Shere). Thought spa was tired looking, our room was ok and staff ok without being overly polite or helpful. Didn't realise breakfast wasn't included in price of room so had to fork out £15pp for this. Charged £20 for early check in too so overall value for money wasn't brilliant

We had a fabulous overnight stay where our room was spotless overlooking views of the countryside. The gym had everything and the pool a great size for swimming and both a sauna and a steam room. Our family room was spacious, airy, bright and clean. For more than 1 child a bigger room may of been needed. As a spa hotel the facilities were good, however I would not recommend for families with younger children, this hotel is clearly aimed at an adult experience. During our stay a civil ceremony took place, daytime was civilised and did not intrude too much on our stay, however at night loud music and raucious guests kept us awake until nearly midnight, I would advise checking if anything is going on at the hotel during your stay before booking. Overall good value spa and pool facilities, not a family friendly hotel, would recommend for a short stay adult only.
