On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, and access to international TV channels via a flat-screen television, as well as a DVD player. There is also one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a shower. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules (extra charge). The kitchen also features a small dining table and an exit leading to the garden. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor consists of two rooms, each with a French bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long), and another room facing west with a French bed (180 cm wide and 190 cm long) and an exit to the balcony. There is also a shower/WC on this floor. The property features electric heating and parquet floors throughout.
