My family stayed here over the holidays and it was nice. The house was adequate for our needs and the location was good, right between Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze.

We had a great time! Everything was clean, our dogs LOVED the back yard and so did we! 8/10 and we will definitely be trying to get this place again on our next trip to the area.

Vacasa was an amazing property management company to use. They answered all my questions quickly and were so helpful. For us leaving for the hurricane and for them to be so flexible and helpful made our stressful situation relaxing and easy.

Super cute roach motel

We came in late Sunday night, so I placed a call to property management on Monday am. Maintenance came out on Thursday afternoon to spray... It was super annoying to fight roaches the whole vacation and praying we didn't bring any visitors home with us! We thought the property was perfect other than that and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Really nice place

The house has great space and a huge backyard if you're bringing your dogs. The beds are comfortable. If you wanted to nitpick, I wish the lights, especially in the living area had a dimmer switch. I felt like I was being interrogated when the lights were on. The code number to unlock the door is long and random. I asked the management company about it and they said it was for security and ability to refresh the code. Make sure you screenshot it so youre not sitting out front forever trying to remember all those random numbers. It is a short drive to Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach, both are beautiful. Please keep in mind that Gulf Breeze shuts down early (restaurants, stores, etc) Downtown Pensacola is a short drive away. Santa Rosa and Escambia police are both vigilant in the area, so please watch your speed and designate a driver. Lastly, pay attention to the interior doors and dining chairs, they seem to move on their own. My mate thouight I was closing the bathroom doors and leaving the pantry open, but I never touched them. Overall, if youre looking for a good spot for you and your pets that is a good value and in a nice safe area, this is it.

We weren't really expecting anything too fancy, but the home was cute and had everything we needed. The whole team was kind and checked on us throughout our stay and asked if we needed anything. I give this a 10/10!
