Great place quiet neighborhood, close to beach, and overall clean… Could tell place hadn’t been occupied in while when arrived we had to go get fly traps for the flies gathered at all the windows , otherwise we had a great time and will return thanks for accommodating, oh my mom said only complaint was no handicap rails in bathrooms would e helped for the older generation crowds …

Nice pool and outdoor living are. Spacious home.

Spacious layout. The beds were comfortable. Pool and outdoor living areas were great. While close proximity to the busy road, the trees in the backyard blocked noise and sights. Surrounding neighborhood does not have the best walking paths and the main street outside was under construction. At most 10 min drive to the beach which was nice.

House and location good

The house was well stocked with kitchen and other items needed. Plenty of room for all. Needed to check in early and would have appreciated a bit more effort to help us on that issue. Instead the message was "no can do" but have a nice walk on the beach (it was raining).

My stay was great. We forgot somethings and I did notify VRBO of this. I was disappointed in some areas as I stay at Vacation rentals a couple times a ia year and this is the first place I have ever stayed where there were no condiments such as salt pepper coffee filters etc or where there was a limit to garbage bags and toilet tissue. This house was very nice however house keeping left a great deal to be desired. I lost a set of keys there I left my Roku and a few other things gas however while looking for the keys I pulled the back Velcro of one of the recliners open to see off my keys had fallen there and pure filth and trash fell out. I put my hand down the side of the recliner looking for the keys and it was full of nasty dirty stuff. It was as though it had never been vacuumed. In the middle bedroom there was something that looked like poop smeared on the bedspread and we had to try to wipe that off. The pool was full of dirt and debris. We had to clean that out to swim. I was very disappointed in do to the issues I have noted. I will not leave a review as a result of these issues because in good faith I cannot do that a s possible cause you to loose a rental. I will hope all these issues will be addressed for the next person. Also the neighbors as we came back from the funeral stood outside and just stared at us as though we were from another planet but I guess you can’t control neighbors All and all it was a nice home it just needs a better clea

Great beach vacay

The house was very clean, perfect location. Your just a 10 mins drive to the boardwalk and some other more private beach areas. Pool and backyard are great. You do have to purchase the essentials for the kitchen they only had salt and pepper. The dryer stopped working but we called and maintenance was out to fix it the next day. I would stay her again anytime. Happy we came the beaches are amazing. No need to a trapical island when i can stay in pensacola.

Family Vacation 2024

We enjoyed staying at this property for our 2024 family vacation. We are a larger family and have 6 kids, 19, 11, 7, 6, 6, and 4 months. We also brought grandparents to help. Everyone loved the property and amenities. The house was close enough to the beach and downtown, but away from the traffic and noise that the 4th of July can bring. The kids enjoyed being able to swim and play in the den. The adults enjoyed having their own area, both inside and outside. We would definitely consider renting this home again.
