The best thing about this hotel is its location. You’re within walking distance of everything in Westminster, and the hop on hop off buses can take you to many other places. The second best thing about this hotel is their staff; always friendly and accommodating - especially the breakfast people and desk staff. The beds were very comfortable too.
The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are even smaller. On our first night there, our tv didn’t work and the manager said he’d get it taken care of the next day. The second night, we fixed the tv ourselves. The third (and last) night there, we discovered ants in the room AND a mouse!! I didn’t sleep at all….
The hotel needs some TLC to make it as nice as I’m sure it could be. It needs a thorough cleaning, a good exterminator and a bit of character to match its great location.

Would def stay here again. Each walking distance to the Westminster Tube station. Lovely hotel, modern, clean and friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was really good, loads to choose from.
Room was clean and spacious.
