Room was very old and dirty. They didn’t even change the sheets and pillow cases. Very very dirty. Bathroom was so old ceiling was peeling and floor was very dirty the whole room smelled damp.

First I would love to know where this “water park” is at because it’s not on or in eyes view of the property. The pictures of the hotel are probably from over 20 years ago because rundown is a compliment to what that hotel looked like. It smelled moldy, my room was dirty urine and pubic hair on and around the toilet. Urine with tissue in toilet still. Floors were sticky had not been swept or mopped. They take a $100 deposit on top of charging over $100 to stay in what shouldn’t be $50 a night. I slept in all my clothes on the sofa because I didn’t trust the bed or tub. Went to a truck stop to shower the next day it was that bad.

The front desk staff and assistant manager were very kind and understanding. We checked in at 2:30pm on July 4th, dropped off our bags, and did not return until 11:00pm. Walking into the room, the smell of marijuana was UNBEARABLE! I immediately went down to the front desk and they were very kind and understanding; but they had no other room available. I spend a long time checking for ANY other option, regardless of price, because I had children with us, and one struggles with asthma/allergies. There were no options available within over an hours drive; the alternative was to drive 4 hours home in the middle of the night and cancel our pre-paid plans. We bared it, got out of the room at daylight, and checked out before 8. I spoke with the Assistant Manager, who gave me her card and told me that she would let the GM know and have them call me back. I have called 3 times, and left messages, but have not heard back from anyone. I want to make it very clear: My exact words to all parties were this: “I am a Christian man, and for that reason, I am talking with calmness and kindness. I do not expect a full refund because we, to a very minimal degree, have used the room. I only would like to let someone know, and get any possible assistance.” I have not heard from anyone at this moment, and it will be ok. I have a child who spent a few days struggling, but that’s my fault. However, I expect the curtesy of call. Today they, and any associated hotel brands have lost my business.

Was woke up at 1:00 am by front desk trying to come in to see if room was vacant when our stay didn’t end til next day. They tried twice to get in til we got up and ask what they where trying to do. We have kids and it traumatized them.

The rooms appeared clean for the most part. The hotel reeked of weed the entire time. There was a block party in the parking lot… grills going, weed smoke rolling and music blaring into the night. The pool door to the patio was litterally hanging off the brackets and halfway propped against a door. No towels in pool area, gym or our room. We had to ask for towels, pillows and toilet paper in our room. As we checked out the next day a lady was focused on sharing a story about someone getting their a%# beat. They didn’t mind cursing in front of customers. It’s probably the most disappointing stay that we have had in the area.

First thing they cancel my reservation without me telling them. I had to sit like 30 mins to make new reservations. The room had an old smell to it. The phone didn’t work and some of the plugins didn’t work, also the air condition had mold in it. It was terrible I dont recommend anyone to stay here

The updates to this property were very poorly done. The trim on the bottom of the walls was coming off, the toilet was rusted on the inside, the bathroom handle had something sticky on it, there was only one trashcan in the entire room, I put out a request for towels and hand cloths for the next day and they were not delivered so I had to go and get them myself, up on leaving I noticed that the bottom of the bedspread that was tucked under the mattress with stained. The staff was kind and helpful, but we will never stay here again.

The staff was rude. The hotel smelled terrible. Our room was extremely dirty — there was mold in the bathroom, and the bathroom door was so swollen from humidity that it wouldn’t close. There was rust and mold everywhere. The air was so damp that even the towels wouldn’t dry. The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. To make things worse, I tried to cancel the reservation just 30 minutes after booking, but they refused to let me. Absolutely awful experience.

Fixture in bathroom are rusted and it looks like most things in the bathroom are caulked. The Gym treadmill didn't work correctly, and the door to the indoor pool is broke. The entry door from the parking lot doesn't lock, even though there is a hotel room card reader. Last, there was a strong oder of marijuana next to the elevators. I expect more for a rate of $220 per night.
