「Schönes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Alles im Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar. Inkludierte Bozen Card bietet zusätzliche Vergünstigungen und kostenlose ÖPNV Nutzung. Parkhaus gut zu Fuß erreichbar, würden nicht mehr vor dem Hotel entladen, um Fahrt durch Fußgängerzone zu vermeiden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 」

Wir haben sogar kostenlos Karten für die Seilbahn (verschiedene) und für die Bergbahn bekommen! Dadurch konnte man über 100-150€ für 5 Personen sparen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. 「We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only...

「We arrived by foot at the reception, because we have parked our car in a wrong parking lot. Because a festival was going on in the main square, the lady at reception upgraded our room and give us an inner courtyard facing one, with a terrace.
