「Cool spot. Right next to the beach. The power never charged that well. It runs off of solar power. It got a little windy that night but was still pretty nice location. The owner let us stay on the beach a little longer as well. They seemed very nice.」

「While this place was absolutely beautiful, there were a few issues. 1. The map location on VRBO is incorrect and brought me to a rough road past some railroad tracks. After calling the host, he gave me the correct directions. But it was frustrating that the location was incorrect. 2. The bathroom was a 10 min walk away/each way. So if you just wanted to brush your teeth (and it was very dark outside), you had to take at least 25 mins for the whole adventure! 3. The bathroom was a little rundown....

「As expected, the tent was on a cool lake in a very remote spot. Unfortunately, the tent was definitely not the one pictured in the listing. The listing showed a round tent, and this one was a typical “house” style. It is quite windy on the lake, so be prepared to keep the tent closed up. The lake itself is hard to use, but it was a beautiful sunset. They had a bathroom trailer nearby but hauled it off at night, so we had to drive to some less than desirable accommodations up the hill. Overall,...

「This was the perfect spot to gather our family of 15 who came from 4 different states. We ranged in age from 5 to 78 and there was always something for everyone - a nice pool, hot tub, pool table, Foosball, large kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and plenty of bedrooms and triple bunk beds that the kids enjoyed!」

「We loved our stay at The View. The home was beautiful and so well furnished. We loved having bathrooms with every bedroom, plus a bunk room for the kids. The kitchen was roomy and well furnished. We loved the outdoor space with the deck, hot tubs, playground, grassy area, and ampitheater. The access to the lake was close and the dock was very nice. The view is a perfect name for the home, as the views are truly spectacular. Thanks for sharing your home with us.」

「This property is in a nice and quiet area. It’s a pretty close drive to Ephraim and Gunnison so that was plus as well. Would stay again.」

「The kitchen was not what it was described to be. The sink was tiny and almost unusual. The stove was very small and very very sparsely equipped. There were no cupboards or drawers at all.. There was a tray with forks and knives but no spoons. There are utensils just laying on the countertops But they were very random. 「Our party consisted of two families getting together with friends for a weekend of fun at Palisades Lake and golfing. The home was perfect location, we really just parked the cars and walked back and forth from the lake to the house. Everyone had a nice comfy bed to sleep in and the kids loved the pool table and basketball court. We had a fire one night and it was awesome because the property has firewood there for you to burn.
